Chronic Fatigue Syndrome
Chronic fatigue affects far more than energy levels — it can wear down mood, motivation, and how you cope with everyday demands. Hypnotherapy offers extra support for the mental side of living with it.
How it shows up
Chronic fatigue is more than being tired after a long day. It’s a persistent, often overwhelming exhaustion that doesn’t resolve with rest, and it can come with brain fog, disrupted sleep, and a reduced ability to handle stress. Because it’s invisible to others, many people also carry the added weight of feeling misunderstood or having to constantly explain how they’re feeling.
How hypnotherapy helps
Hypnotherapy doesn’t treat the underlying physical condition, but it can be a valuable part of managing it. Sessions focus on lowering the stress response, which can make fatigue worse, and helping you build coping tools for the frustration, low mood, or anxiety that often come along with a chronic condition. Deep relaxation techniques can also support better rest, even if they can’t fully resolve the fatigue on their own.
This kind of work is most effective as a complement to your medical care, not a replacement for it. Progress also depends on your own consistency with the tools you learn in session.
What a session looks like
Every new client gets a free 20-minute consultation to talk through what you’re dealing with and whether hypnotherapy makes sense alongside your existing treatment. Sessions with Pattie are $150 and can happen in person in Scottsdale or remotely over Zoom.
