Clinical Therapy

Board Certified modalities, matched to what you actually need.

Clinical hypnotherapy is more than a title — it's years of education and training working alongside established therapeutic modalities. Pattie is a Board Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist who draws from CBT, EMDR, Parts Therapy (IFS), hypnoanalysis, and regression to find the right method for what you're working through.

Her approach

Not everyone is the same, because no two people experience the same situations and issues the same way. Pattie's clinical work is customized session by session, combining hypnosis with the modality that fits — whether that's CBT for restructuring thought patterns, EMDR for processing trauma, Parts Therapy for internal conflict, or a targeted approach like BAUD sound therapy. Hypnotherapy is built on your own interaction and participation — it works when you're able to relax, let go, and stay present in the process.

Every new client starts with a free 20-minute consultation. Sessions are $150, available at Pattie's Scottsdale office or by Zoom.
