Anxiety & Stress

A calmer, steadier mind — built one session at a time.

Worry is normal until it stops passing through and starts running your day. Pattie works with the mind and body together, using clinical hypnosis alongside CBT and NLP to help you recognize what's driving the anxious pattern and build a calmer response you can actually rely on.

Her approach

Generalized anxiety, panic attacks, and everyday stress rarely respond well to just "talking it through" — they live in the body as much as the mind. Pattie's sessions combine clinical hypnosis with cognitive behavioral techniques to give your mind clearer instructions than the spiral it's used to running. The goal isn't to suppress how you feel; it's to help you recognize the pattern early and respond to it differently.

This is gradual, collaborative work — hypnotherapy isn't magic, and it can only help you change if you genuinely want to and put in real effort alongside it. Every new client starts with a free 20-minute consultation, and sessions are $150, available at Pattie's Scottsdale office or by Zoom.

Low Self-Esteem

Low self-esteem is often less about any single event and more about a long-running story your mind tells about who you are. Hypnotherapy helps you rewrite that story from the inside.

Panic Attacks

Panic attacks can feel like they come out of nowhere, and the fear of another one can be almost as hard to live with as the attack itself.

PTSD

Most stressful events fade with time. For some, a traumatic experience keeps replaying — sometimes for months or years — and that's what PTSD looks like.

Relationship Issues

The relationships that matter most can also be the hardest to get right — and old patterns of thinking often make it harder than it needs to be.

Relaxation

For a lot of people, real relaxation doesn't come naturally — the mind stays busy even when the body finally slows down. Hypnotherapy teaches you how to actually let go.
