How it shows up

If you’ve tried diet after diet and keep ending up back where you started, you’re not alone — and you’re not choosing the wrong willpower, you’re choosing the wrong approach. Most diets treat weight loss as a purely physical problem, but the habits driving overeating are often emotional: using food to fill boredom, reward stress, or cope with hard feelings. Hypno-Band is built around changing that relationship with food, not just cutting calories.

How hypnotherapy helps

Hypno-Band combines clinical hypnosis with cognitive behavioral therapy over a series of sessions, typically spaced 7–10 days apart. The goal is to help your subconscious mind accept the sensation of a smaller stomach, so you feel full on smaller portions, along with new habits around exercise, sleep, and how you respond to emotional eating triggers.

Hypno-Band is not magic, and Pattie is upfront about that. It works by helping you make lasting internal changes, but only if you show up ready to genuinely participate in your own results. Results vary from person to person, and there’s no guarantee of a specific outcome — what matters most is your real desire to change.

What a session looks like

Every client starts with a free 20-minute consultation to talk through your goals and whether Hypno-Band is the right fit. The full Hypno-Band program is a 5+ session system, paid at $999 for the complete package, held at Pattie’s Scottsdale office or by Zoom.

Common questions

Is this a substitute for actual gastric band surgery? No. Hypno-Band is a hypnotherapy program that works with your mindset around food — there’s no surgery or physical device involved.

How is this different from Virtual Gastric Band? They use a similar core technique. Pattie will help you decide which format and session structure fits your goals best.

Is weight loss guaranteed? No program can guarantee specific results. Success depends heavily on your own commitment and willingness to change long-standing habits.
