What a session looks like

Every new client starts with a free 20-minute consultation, in person at Pattie’s Scottsdale office or by phone or Zoom, to talk through your specific concerns. From there, sessions run $150 each.

Is this a treatment for a diagnosed memory condition? Sessions are not a substitute for medical evaluation or treatment of a diagnosed condition. If you have concerns about your memory, please also consult your doctor.

Can stress affect memory? Stress and anxiety can make it harder to focus and recall information, which is part of what these sessions aim to address.

How many sessions are typically needed? This varies by individual; Pattie will discuss an approach tailored to your situation at your consultation.
