Will I have to give a speech during the session? No. Hypnotherapy sessions are calm, seated, guided sessions — there’s no live speaking exercise involved.

Can this help with everyday meeting anxiety, not just big speeches? Yes. The same underlying fear response often shows up in smaller settings like team meetings or one-on-ones, and the work addresses that root cause either way.
