How it shows up

Whether it’s cigarettes or vaping, nicotine habits can feel almost automatic — reaching for a smoke or a vape without even thinking about it, especially during stress, boredom, or certain routines. Many people who want to quit have tried before and gone back, which can make the habit feel even harder to break the next time around.

How hypnotherapy helps

This session combines clinical hypnosis, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and current insight into why quitting is genuinely hard — not just a matter of “deciding” to stop. Hypnotherapy is not magic, and it can’t make you stop wanting a cigarette against your will. What it can do is help you build a stronger internal resolve to quit, so the desire to stop outweighs the urge to smoke.

Two things matter most for success: how motivated you genuinely are to quit, and how much real effort you’re willing to put in. There’s no guarantee — quitting takes 100% effort on your part, and Pattie is upfront about that from the start.

What a session looks like

The stop smoking and vaping session costs $150 and typically runs 60–90 minutes. Come with an open mind and a genuine desire to quit. You’ll also receive a customized audio recording to play at night, helping reinforce your new mindset as a non-smoker. Payment is preferred in cash, though card and Venmo are also accepted.

Common questions

Does this work for vaping too, not just cigarettes? Yes — since vaping still delivers nicotine, the same session addresses both.

Do I need multiple sessions? Many clients see this as a single focused session, though some prefer a follow-up for reinforcement.

What if I’ve tried to quit before and failed? That’s very common and doesn’t mean this won’t work — Pattie will talk through what happened before during your session to tailor the approach.
