How hypnotherapy helps

Virtual Gastric Band uses clinical hypnosis combined with cognitive behavioral therapy across a series of sessions to help “re-program” your relationship with food. Every client begins with a free 20-minute consultation to talk through your goals and see if this program fits. The Virtual Gastric Band program is a full session package, priced at $999, and can be done at Pattie’s Scottsdale office or entirely by Zoom.

Do I need any kind of medical procedure for this? No. There’s no physical surgery or device — this is entirely a hypnotherapy and cognitive behavioral program.

How is this different from Hypno-Band? Both use a similar core approach. Pattie can help you decide which structure best matches your situation during your free consultation.

Will I need to diet on top of this? The program is designed to change how you relate to food and portions, rather than layering another diet on top — but healthy eating habits still matter alongside it.
